Swedish Massage
Swedish massage is effective for reducing symptoms of stress, anxiety, fatigue, muscular tension, and mental stress and can improve the body's circulatory system. The techniques involve long strokes, tapping, shaking motions, friction tapping, and kneading where pressure is applied between the bones and muscles.
Deep Tissue Massage
Deep tissue work that helps reduce inflammation that causes restriction and pain; perfect for those who have overuse issues like low back and neck stiffness, CTS, tension headaches, and more. Similar to Swedish Massage, however, this technique uses deeper pressure into tissue layers to resolve fibrous tissues.
Myofascial Release
Myofascial Release works for many conditions but is ideal for headaches, muscle spasms, chronic body pain, and recurring injuries. It works by focusing on relaxing deep tissue known as fascia; easing pain and providing lasting relief. Art of Mobility myofascial release therapy involves thorough assessment to determine dysfunction and pain areas.
Trigger Point Therapy can treat various types of pain in what is commonly known as "muscle knots". This technique is ideal for the back, neck, shoulders, feet, arms and hips, and tendonitis, as well as temporary pain relief for arthritis, Your therapist applies pressure on the trigger point; relieving tension and ache.

Joint Mobilization
Joint mobilization is a manual therapy, a type of passive movement of a skeletal joint that helps nourish and improve range. Joint mobilization is helpful in cases where pain and joint tightness limit motion, as in the case of adhesive capsulitis or frozen shoulder. Joints of the elbow, wrist, and hand, where tightness is present, also benefit from this technique.
The isolytic release is a technique designed to break down adhesions between muscle fibers and connective tissue. Your massage therapist uses firm pressure with his/her hand to isolate the targeted tissue while moving the affected limb through a lengthening motion. This is a very useful technique for releasing chronic tightness in muscles and tendons.

"Few months after starting my massage therapy with Christian Tabula at Art of Mobility clinic I really started to fill much better. I would really like to point out how easy-going, organized and professional is the team at this physiotherapy clinic. They are offering various health and welness services but for my therapist, Christian, I can say that he is really a professional who knows his job, always communicates with you, trying to understand your problems and helps you with the proper therapy and excersises. It really works for me and I would gladly suggest visiting Art of Mobility clinic. " ~ Vancho Petrovski Google Review
"I don’t think I can write a review that speaks highly enough of Christian Tabula, RMT. He has been the most effective massage therapist I have found. As an endurance athlete, the impact on my recovery has been significant. Friendly clinic, fantastic treatment. " ~ Natalie Green Google Review
"Starting attending AOM a few months ago after sustaining an injury to my lower back. I have dealt with Justin for physio and Christian for massage therapy. Both individuals have been fantastic and have aided in my recovery immensely. Justin and Christian are friendly, passionate, and excellent at their craft. I would recommend AOM highly and without hesitation! Many thanks for the good work, guys :) " ~ GregGC Google Review
